Refund Policy

Cancellation timelines and refund

In the event of Refund Policy of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Refund charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and Refund charges would be as follows:

60 days pre-travel date 80% amount will be refunded of total package cost

59-40 days pre-travel date 50% amount will be refunded of total package cost

39-25 days pre-travel date 25% amount will be refunded of total package cost

24-15 days pre-travel date 15% amount will be refunded of total package cost

Less than 15 days No Refund

Note:Due to Covid Pandemic As from Now onwards if booking is cancelled or Date Change any amount to be refunded by our part will be done in Credit Shell i.e Client can use same amount in their Next Booking.
